Kara brings a strong technical and legal background to Rocky Mountain Patent, which enables her to advise clients regarding their intellectual property rights.
Prior to joining Rocky Mountain Patent, Kara graduated from Hendrix College with a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and landed in Colorado working as an analytical chemist testing phytochemicals and nutraceuticals for several years. Kara then enrolled at the University of Wyoming, College of Law, where she completed her Juris Doctor, while working as an intellectual property analyst and a student attorney for the Wyoming Attorney General’s Office. As a former law clerk for Rocky Mountain Patent, Kara did extensive legal and technical research for various clients regarding their intellectual property assets.
